Sometimes were blinded to everything when we are going through such a season. We need a little encouragement and we need to know how to get out of that season and into a better season. We need to forecast the season and know how to prepare for them. Last week, we defined the dream. This week, we are going to tap into the Dream Dopplar...The Declaration Stage. The Dream Weaver allows us to go through seasons that are designed to drive us toward dream fulfillment. Everything we go through life as Christians is Father-Filtered. We have this great ability to get lazy and comfortable when things are going well. This is called the comfort zone. It will quickly become a season of stagnation. When seasons are tough, we quickly get down on our knees. God allows us to go through these seasons to let us know that we need His help. Seasons will come and go whether you like it or not. You can live in denial, but the season is still there. You can ignore it, or you can learn to accept it and appreciate it. That comes with maturity. You must learn how to act or respond to each season. If you a reactor, you are too late. You must be a proactor. The mule that fell in the well could have reacted with worry and fear when his owner threw dirt onto him, trying to bury him for dead. However, the mule decided to shake off and step up onto each load of dirt shoveled on him until he eventually stepped out of the well. The mule responded properly or he would have died. Learn to work with the season instead of working against it. You don't plant in December. Trying to harvest these plants in the Spring will yield nothing. Your winter is a time to get your planning done and your tools ready. Keep proper perspective during each season. We've seen major natural disasters in our times, but they have allowed us to be better equipped to handle those disasters later. It can produce good fruit later. Always remember: it's just a season. Ask yourself: What is God trying to teach me? Prepare for the season. You load up on food before a storm. You buy a snow shovel in October. There are indicators as to when there are changes coming and this leads us to believe that a new season is on the horizon. Be looking for external and internal indicators. Freak weather can arise in any season. Circumstances out of our control can occur at any time and we need to understand that. Different people are in different seasons at the same time. We could be toward the end of our season when someone else is just entering the same season. In every season, there are always unique challenges and opportunities and God will see you through! We are not alone. Carry on! Read: Ephesians 2:10, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, Hebrew 12:1-3 - Jon Bruney Pastor Leona Sattison Secretary James Bruney Worship Leader ![]() Drew Kuespert Webmaster |
